Planned services
Moonline booking, Qi payments, ticket issuance, eSIM, hotels, and mobile applications are not active unless clearly stated within the product.
Traveler responsibility
Travelers are responsible for accurate passenger information, passports, visas, and compliance with airline and destination requirements.
Changes and refunds
Fare rules and supplier policies govern cancellations, changes, refunds, and reissues. Hajzi will display these rules when official booking flows launch.
